Carl is a 1994 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and has been a New Jersey litigation attorney since passing the bar exam that same year. Since that time his practice has focused on representing individuals injured physically or financially against corporate, professional and insurance interests and also on representing creditors in commercial disputes against defaulting business entities. He has handled construction litigation from both sides; representing aggrieved homeowners in some cases and construction/subcontractors in other matters. Carl’s varied legal experience includes representing clients in the following areas:

Since 2005 Carl has served as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. http://www.bbb.org/ In this capacity he hears witness testimony, reviews evidence, and decides cases involving a wide array of disputes between consumers and business entities, including lemon law and construction matters. Carl has also taught seminars on numerous occasions over the years for National Business Institute, lecturing on various topics related to commercial collections.

He is the author of “Collecting from Corporations and LLCs”, NBI, 2010. He has also co-authored several publications including:
